Abs and Fitness for the Simple Folks

I know its still April, but Target is already sold-out of bikinis so it's got to be bikini season. I have about 3 weeks to get in shape and look like this.
Her abs don't lie.

I consulted with some fitness experts (youtube gurus and Oprah's nutritionist) and realized it would be more difficult than I expected. It's going to take disciplined starvation and Equinox to get me looking like that. Knowing me, I'll probably want to show my abs off at work during busy season dinner, which according to the professionalism handbook, WILL NOT BE APPROPRIATE.

After some consideration and delirium from working a 90 hour week, I came up with the perfect ab routine for tax professionals. In just 12 hours, I got the perfect 6-pack abs for work. Are ya'll ready for this jelly?

Directions
1. Fold a shirt into six parts overnight.
2. Wear it to work.
